Hong Kong Company Incorporation

Introduction

According to Chapter 32 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, limited companies 
registered in Hong Kong are governed by this ordinance. All limited companies registered

in Hong Kong should provide detailed information, the Memorandum and Article
to the Companies Registry for assessment before the formation of a limited company,
it will then issue a Certificate of Incorporation to those subscriber for a later process
of company formation.

General Requirements

	At least 1 shareholder over 18 years old
	At least 1 director over 18 years old
	At least 1 Hong Kong permanent resident or Hong Kong authorized company as a legal secretary of the company
	1 registered address in Hong Kong
	The minimum of the company capital share is 10,000 shares, $1.00 per share

Registration method and period

	Registration of a new limited company (10 days or more)
	Purchase s shelf company (around 2 days)

Required documents

	Proposed registered Chinese and English names, or single Chinese or English name of the company
	Copies of the shareholders and directors ID cards or passports
	Registered Hong Kong address of the company (we can provide this service)
	Copy of the company legal secretary ID card. If the legal secretary is a company, it should provide a copy of certificate of incorporation and business registration certificate
